Over the past several years, TAKS (Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills) has become a major topic of discussion at most, if not all, public schools in the state of Texas. This program was designed to help schools prepare their students for TAKS. The assembly is developed to:

1.) Motivate the students and staff by developing a positive attitude.
2.) Review test taking strategies.
3.) Offer stress reduction tips.
4.) Discuss math and reading tips.
5.) Promote teamwork.
6.) Build confidence.
7.) Encourage each student to set a goal to do their best.

We can perform this program early in the year as a TAKS Preparation Program or just before the test as a TAKS Pep Rally.
